Empower adults and seniors with mobility disabilities as a Rehabilitation Counsellor at Ability NB. This full-time role offers a work-from-home option while requiring travel across the Greater Fredericton and Upper River Valley regions.
As a key member of the Ability NB team, you will engage with clients in their homes, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to assess their needs and develop tailored action plans. Your expertise in counselling and person-centered planning will help create a supportive environment that fosters independence and community involvement.
