Job Description
Contribute to patient rehabilitation as a Psychologist at Saskatoon City Hospital. This full-time role focuses on treating neurological conditions and enhancing patient independence through psychological services.
In this senior Psychologist position, you'll work within an interdisciplinary team at the Rehabilitation Centre. Your expertise will guide assessments, treatments, and consultations centered on psychosocial factors affecting patients with disabilities. Collaborating closely with the Social Work team, you will participate in program development and assist in policy initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat psychological aspects of cognitive disabilities
• Provide consultation to interdisciplinary team members
• Support families during patients' inpatient stays
• Coordinate Social Work team services effectively
• Engage in program and policy development initiatives
Requirements:
• PhD in Clinical Psychology required
