Full Time Program Support Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Provision of wrap‑around academic, personal support and guidance to students enrolled in post‑secondary and adult basic education (ABE) programming through Dumont Technical Institute.
• Relationship building, liaising with community partners and other community service providers.
• Providing referrals and case management for students.
• Confidential record keeping, report composition, administrative and clerical duties as required.
• Travel will be required to outlying areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work plus two years of direct client support experience.
