Join the FYidoctors team in Burnaby as a full-time Optical Associate. Engage with patients, assist in frame selection, and deliver exceptional service in a collaborative clinic environment.
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer care while educating clients about eyewear options. Your strong communication skills will help you connect with patients, manage billing, perform measurements, and coordinate appointments efficiently. Experience in optical or retail is preferred as well as proficiency with technology.
