In this full-time position, you will greet patients, perform ECG tracings, and manage special tests including drug screening and clinical trials. Effective communication and customer service skills are essential, alongside the ability to maintain patient privacy. You will ensure that patients have followed necessary protocols and complete required documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and inform patients about specimen collection
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
• Document special test collections properly
• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly
• Input patient demographic data accurately
Requirements:
• Approved Laboratory Assistant program graduation preferred
• Experience in phlebotomy is an asset
