• Manage end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Engage with communities and organizations to recruit talent
• Assist in developing community engagement plans
• Support equitable onboarding processes for new hires
• Stay aligned with emerging DEIB practices and trends
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience with equity-deserving individuals
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is essential
