Support the HR functions at Chemtrade as a full-time HR Generalist in North Vancouver. Focus on payroll, employee engagement, and operational efficiencies in a manufacturing setting.
In this role, you will engage with employees and oversee performance management alongside corporate HR partners. Your support will include onboarding processes, maintaining compliance, and driving initiatives to enhance employee relationships and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with leadership to address HR operations
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Ensure accurate payroll processing using ADP
• Maintain HR records and facilitate documentation
• Support employee engagement initiatives and health programs

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience required
