Join the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg as a full-time Human Resources Generalist. This role will involve overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing HR processes for our employees.
The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in an HR capacity and possess a strong understanding of HR practices. You will ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with policies and legislation. Your contributions will focus on improving the overall employee experience.
