The role focuses on patient admissions and management as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP). Expect to work both day and evening shifts, with an obligation for overnight coverage based on worked weeks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and utilizing off-site specialty support as necessary. A commitment to collaborative inter-professional teamwork is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct admissions and patient management as MRP
• Provide care for surgical and specialty patients
• Operate independently with support from specialists
• Work day and evening shifts consecutively for 7 days
• Fulfill mandatory overnight coverage obligations

• FRCPC or CCFP certification essential
