The Emergency Department (ED) in Squamish General Hospital is searching for skilled physicians who thrive in a dynamic environment. As an emergency physician, you will cover both the ED and an acute medical inpatient unit. Your work will include day, night, and weekend shifts while utilizing advanced medical resources like CT, X-ray, and ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver emergency care to patients in a rural trauma center
• Manage single-coverage physician shifts within the ED
• Provide cross-coverage for inpatient and long-term care facilities
• Coordinate specialist consultations with Lions Gate Hospital
