Join West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Director of Care in Selkirk Seniors Village, Victoria, BC. This full-time temporary role focuses on enhancing resident care quality through effective leadership and mentorship.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be instrumental in developing individualized care plans and ensuring they are implemented effectively. In addition, you'll lead nursing staff while fostering relationships that support a thriving community. Your guidance will be essential in both enhancing care delivery and ensuring compliance with provincial standards.
