The City of London seeks a Client Service Representative for its Housing Stability Services. This full-time role focuses on providing top-tier customer assistance within a supportive community.
Reporting to a Manager, you will perform a range of customer service duties, including managing client appointments and providing guidance on available services. You will also be responsible for reviewing data and maintaining connections with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
