Become a critical part of CES Energy Solutions by taking on the Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist role in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time position focuses on streamlining billing processes and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
You will report to the Team Lead of Accounts Receivable & Inventory, contributing to the management of revenue and invoices efficiently. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you handle high-quality invoices and resolve discrepancies through effective communication with team members across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices with necessary documentation
• Review and enter customer invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Process revenue accruals at month-end from well files
• Reconcile delivery and return transactions
• Track inventory movements across warehouses and job sites
