Job Description
Overview
Oversee the company's financial operations, including record keeping, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data entry.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Handle budgeting and financial forecasting
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero and Quicken
- Conduct debits and credits accurately
- Use 10 key typing skills for data entry
Experience
- Proficiency in technical accounting procedures
- Experience with financial report writing
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
