University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience.

- Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing the many talents in the Fulfilment Operations team, to secure a diverse, high performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.
