Reporting to the Project Centre Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- 1. To provide accurate estimates on projects in a timely manner.
- 3. To participate in the development of products and services to improve profit and increase customer satisfaction.
- 4. To be familiar with all lines of merchandise handled in the department.
- 5. To place and be responsible for special orders with suppliers to fill customer requirements.
- 6. To forward information regarding deliveries to the shipper.
- 7. To be responsible for accurate billing of all merchandise sold by the employee.
- 8. To be responsible for completing claims and invoices.
- 9. To enter accurate and timely information.
- 10. To support the Contractor Sales Rep in account management of current and future customer accounts.
