Job Description

Scotia Tire is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to fill the role of Front Desk Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of tires and mounted wheel packages for both passenger and commercial vehicles applications, proven sales records and will contribute to the the Store’s profitability by providing exceptional Customer Service.

As Front Desk Service Advisor, your responsibilities would include: Greet Customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner.

Confidently providing accurate sales and product information appropriately based on customer needs.
(tire and mounted wheel options, features, benefits, pricing, warranties etc.) Answering customer inquiries; in person, via phone and email, for both the passenger vehicle and Commercial customer base.

Creating work orders for In-Shop Tire Technicians.

Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork in relation to work completed.
