Join our professional medical corporation as the Friendly PC Owner in California. This unique position emphasizes compliance and requires minimal administrative involvement from qualified physicians.
We seek a licensed California physician to fulfill a non-operational role, overseeing the legal physician ownership of our Professional Corporation. You will maintain the necessary compliance with regulations while only dedicating 1-2 hours per month to document reviews and required communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as the legal physician owner of the Professional Corporation
• Ensure your California medical license is active and in good standing
• Review and sign standard compliance documents as needed
• Respond to occasional compliance-related communications
• Maintain alignment with The Doctor Health Center for compliance structure
