Job Description

Responsibilities




  • To work for our Paris Office in processing sales orders from French Customers and from other countries

  • To perform sales administrative duties such as checking orders for accuracy, creating shipping labels, printing out packing list, sending out invoices, checking credit lines, filing and handling mails etc

  • To provide excellent customer services to customers

  • Compiling and updating physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses and sales data

  • Serves as the point of contact for sales representatives who are out in the field meeting clients and making sales. Keeping track of each sales representative’s whereabouts and conveying information from Management

  • Preparing reports such as backlogged items and monitoring inventory and coordinating calendars for trade fairs
