Job Overview

TransPerfect’s Montreal-based office is looking for English‑to‑French translators with varying levels of experience (intermediate or senior) in banking and insurance. You will be responsible for the translation and bilingual proofreading of documents for a diverse range of clients. TransPerfect offers the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements from our downtown Montreal location.

Responsibilities

• Translate and revise high‑visibility content within the banking and insurance sectors.
• Provide translations tailored to the French‑Canadian market using, among other things, idiomatic expressions.
• Be a brand ambassador by becoming an extension of the client’s brand within TransPerfect and maintaining brand consistency across all projects.
• Use and update translation memories and glossaries.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
