Become a key player in the Freight Audit Team as a Freight Costing Administrator. Focus on the administration of accounts payable and freight cost resolution.
This role entails handling the administrative tasks surrounding freight costs, including auditing invoices and working with carriers to resolve issues. Candidates should have a background in accounts payable, ideally within the transportation industry, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is necessary for daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and verify freight invoices against SAP/TM records
• Accrue freight costs accurately according to carrier agreements
• Reconcile month-end accruals and carrier statements
