We are looking for a high-level Freelance Creative Asset Expert to bridge the gap between media buying and content production. In 2026, the algorithm is fueled by creative. Your job is to design, produce, and iterate on high-converting visuals that stop the scroll and drive measurable ROI.
Scope of Work
- Creative Strategy: Analyze our current performance and identify creative gaps. Develop hooks and concepts based on consumer psychology.
- Multi-Platform Production:
- Meta (FB/IG): Design high-retention Reels, UGC-style edits, static listicles, and dynamic carrousels.
- Google Ads: Optimize assets for Performance Max (PMax), YouTube (Shorts & Long-form), and Demand Gen.
- Performance Iteration: Take winning ads and remix them (new hooks, new CTAs) to extend their lifespan and fight creative fatigue.
- AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway...
