This position reports to the Senior Director of Franchise and requires strong leadership skills to drive operational consistency across locations. Your role will encompass training, store visits, and direct communication with franchise partners to ensure compliance with The Brick’s operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement daily reporting procedures for franchise stores
• Communicate performance standards and support improvements
• Train store owners on operational protocols and tools
• Address balancing and procedural questions as needed
