Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Store Manager who will report directly to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team. In collaboration with the District Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitable top‑line sales growth, and coaching store associates to consistently deliver a best‑in‑class shopping experience. The Store Manager understands key business drivers and adjusts the business accordingly.
