Experience 5 years or more 
Work Setting On site – work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available. 
Foundry 
Management 
Responsibilities Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. 
Supervise, co‑ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. 
Establish work schedules. 
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. 
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. 
Experience and Specialization Computer and technology knowledge
