Job Description

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Food Division Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of grocery team operations including recruitment, training and development and performance management. 

  • Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery & fresh departments.

  • Provide top notch customer service satisfaction.

  • Organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of food store

  • Ensuring merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.

  • Responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.

  • To achieve budgets and financial goals for the membership.
