Summary About the position: This position is located at the Daily Grind Coffee Shop, 423d Force Support Squadron, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom. It offers 20 guaranteed hours per week, and the incumbent may be required to work 20-40 hours per week, as needed. The position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, stooping, bending, pulling, and reaching. Responsibilities Ensures enough supplies, materials, and tools are available and gets the work started for the rest of the workers. Sets the pace of work and makes sure there is enough work to keep everyone busy. Advises and encourages employees to follow the instructions received from the supervisor. Ensures that safety and housekeeping rules are being followed. Maintains current knowledge on policies, written procedures and instructions, and technical manuals in order to instruct and answer questions from other workers.
