Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Support Specialist works in a support role for our full-service restaurant operations. Their responsibilities include greeting, seating, and saying farewell to our guests; ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and stocked, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of all functions of the business throughout the shift. This position offers critical and crucial supporting functions to the F&B team that keeps our operations teams and our guests set up for success.
Job Duties
- Greets guests upon their entrance; escorts guests to tables, engages in friendly conversation as guests are seated, presents menus, and expedites servers to newly seated customers; provides gratitude and friendly parting remarks as guests leave. (Essential)
