Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Operations Manager(s), this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Food & Beverage operations at a multi-venue location. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example, and provides a learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members and guests. Delivers performance reviews for direct reports. Actively participates in and shares responsibility for the recruitment and hiring process. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
