Food Assembly Supervisor

Tim Hortons in Farnham, Quebec is hiring a Food Assembly Supervisor for their fast food location. This is a full-time supervisory role in food service operations requiring 2 to less than 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Supervise food service operations

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food services
• Supervisory experience in food service
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Availability for early morning, day, evening, night, weekend, and shift work
