Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate part-time Food & Beverage Trainer to support the development of our food and beverage offerings at The Grace, Westport Estate. This role is focused on embedding exceptional service fundamentals, elevating operational standards, and guiding teams toward refined luxury dining experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders and department managers to ensure service excellence, consistency, and best practice across all food and beverage outlets.
