Food and Beverage Supervisor
Job Description
The Food and Beverage (Outlets) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards are met and guest experience aligns with outlet expectations.
This role acts as the on-shift leader in the absence of management, supporting the execution of service, maintaining team accountability, and ensuring smooth communication between front-of-house, kitchen, and leadership teams. The Supervisor works alongside the team, providing hands-on support and resolving issues as they arise.
The Food and Beverage (Outlets) Supervisor reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage, or their designate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead the floor during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service
+ Assign sections and manage floor plans based on staffing and business levels
+ Ensure all opening, during-service, and closing procedures are completed properly
