Flooring Sales Representative - Outside Role
Job Description
Maximize your sales abilities as an Outside Sales Representative for a national distributor in the flooring industry, located in Mascouche, QC. This role focuses on developing robust partnerships with retailers and driving product sales.
You will leverage your industry experience to educate and train retailer personnel on our diverse product offerings, including porcelain and natural stone tiles. By understanding customer needs and market conditions, you'll create tailored strategies to effectively increase market share and product visibility in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with current and potential retail customers
• Assist in training personnel to effectively present products
• Analyze sales reports for growth opportunities
• Support setup of displays and marketing materials
• Investigate and resolve customer claims or issues
Requirements:
• College Degree required
• 2+ years experience in flooring sales or distribution
