MCA is seeking a flexible Retail Compliance role in Brampton, ON. Earn $25 per visit with the potential for up to $375 per shift while supporting age-verification compliance in retail.
In this part-time position, you’ll take on the role of a customer at various retail locations to observe ID-checking procedures by staff. Your observations will help ensure compliance with regulations on age-restricted products. Appointments can be scheduled around your availability, making this job both rewarding and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit retail stores posing as a customer
• Attempt small purchases to observe compliance
• Report on staff’s ID request practices
• Complete online paperwork after visits
• Manage up to 15 visits in a shift
Requirements:
• Valid photo ID confirming your legal age
• Reliable transport for location visits
• Discreet and able to follow outlined instructions
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
