As a Flexi Educator, you will bring flexibility and energy to your work, helping the nursery cover varied shift patterns and provide the best education to children in all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries as required, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
