Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets imported under IMMEX, including acquisition, location, movement, and disposal.
- Ensure proper documentation for asset registration, transfers between facilities, and disposals in accordance with IMMEX and customs regulations.
- Reconcile fixed asset records with customs documentation and IMMEX reports.
- Conduct periodic physical audits of fixed assets and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing asset‑related information and documentation.
- Assist the IMMEX Coordinator in preparing asset‑related reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting asset management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
