The YMCA-YWCA is looking for two motivated individuals for the Fitness Program Support Staff positions. These casual roles involve guiding members through their fitness journeys, teaching classes, and fostering a supportive atmosphere. Engage deeply with the community while ensuring a safe environment adhering to all YMCA standards and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver member orientations and personal coaching
• Teach group fitness classes and manage schedules
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Support Y Canada initiatives, including safeguarding practices
• Assist with operational tasks during opening and closing

• YMCA Personal Training or equivalent certification mandatory
