Fitness Instructor – Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya
The Fitness Instructor delivers fitness programs and assessments to guests, ensures cleanliness, maintains safety standards, and promotes Hilton facilities.
Responsibilities- Carry out fitness assessments on guests as required.
- Conduct fitness programs and inductions.
- Advise guests on correct usage of gym equipment.
- Ensure adequate gym coverage.
- Maintain cleanliness of all gym facilities.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Promote hotel facilities to guests.
- Maintain yoga or other fitness certifications (e.g. functional training, aqua fitness).
- NVQ level 2 in a sport related topic.
- High personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
