Job Summary
As a senior member of the branch sales/leadership team, you will understand the financial needs of our Members and provide appropriate advice and recommendations to fit their needs. You will offer large or complex credit and investment advice, proactively identify and promote opportunities for Meridian products and services, and meet or exceed specific individual and team-based business goals. You will manage Member portfolios, build and develop relationships with Members, and position Meridian’s products and services to add value to Members’ financial well‑being.
You will also collaborate with other partners in Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists to support holistic financial growth, communicate ideas respectfully, and promote inclusion and diversity. Your role will involve providing the right financial solutions, building Member relationships, and engaging in revenue‑generating activities.
