As Senior Director, Finance FP&A at CIMA+, your main responsibility will be to work closely with senior leadership and develop strategic partnerships with them to enhance financial performance and ensure the company's competitiveness.
This position is preferably based in Laval, with Montreal as a possible alternative location.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
