The Financial Planning Practice Lead is responsible for enhancing the client and Advisor experience by championing best‑class financial planning practices. You will lead initiatives that support continuous improvement, provide expert coaching and training, and empower Advisors and Leaders to deliver exceptional financial planning services.
Major Accountabilities
