Reporting to the AVP Financial Lines Claims Manager, you will follow established protocols to ensure claims are managed efficiently and effectively, always delivering a customer‑centric claims service. Zurich follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in‑person presence, which may include time in the office or market‑facing engagements.
