Responsibilities
- Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
- Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze and provide commentary on variances
- Communicate with vendors and ensure on‑time processing of vendor allowances
- Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies
- Lead, manage, support, and provide direction to all staff within the department
- Develop and execute an annual strategic plan
- Collect, measure, and monitor data related to the overall effectiveness of the department
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures, as needed to support changing business demands
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
