Job duties:
- Lead a small team based in Hong Kong to oversee day-to-day business and accounting operations, treasury, transactions duties.
- Overview consolidated financial statements of HK and PRC book
- Manage working capital, cash flow and balance sheet for the group
- Prepare business planning, budgeting, forecasting to support business decisions and growth
- Revamp the current finance procedures, SOP as well as internal control policy
- Work closely with auditors, banks, Tax advisor and other third parties
