Financial Controller

We are currently searching for an ambitious Financial Controller to lead the Finance Department Team. The controller will have full responsibility for budget management and financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Your success within the role is reliant on an ambitious work ethic, excellent communication and proven ability to problem-solve across multiple entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce accurate, timely consolidated financial statements, including WIP schedules, job‑cost reporting and margin analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and construction‑specific accounting standards (e.g., revenue recognition under percentage‑of‑completion).
• Improve visibility into project performance, cash flow, and forecasting
• Manage all accounting functions including month-end and year-end financial reporting
