Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Toronto

The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $55,968 - $84,800. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed‑term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component.

Role Overview

Our team is looking for a driven and analytical individual to join as a Financial Analyst (FA) or Intermediate Financial Analyst (IFA), depending on experience level. The FA/IFA plays a critical hands‑on role in the monthly close process, account reconciliation, and supporting analysis, primarily focusing on group & life insurance, payroll related accounting entries, and business assets. The incumbent will execute defined procedures and work collaboratively under the guidance of a Senior Financial Analyst and Manager, preparing them for increased responsibility and complexity.
