Financial Analyst (FP&A)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our FP&A function with a focus on financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis. The role will contribute to strengthening our planning processes and enhancing visibility into business performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–10 years of experience in finance consulting, corporate finance, fp&a, or transaction-related environments, with strong analytical capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models supporting forecasts and budget tracking
• Update models based on actuals and evolving business assumptions
• Support scenario and ad hoc financial analysis

Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

• Prepare detailed budgets in Excel and integrate them into systems (Epicor, Board)
• Support monthly FP&A reporting and variance analysis
