Job Purpose
Financial Analyst supports operational and financial effectiveness by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for quarter-end earnings, Forecasts and Plan deliverables.
Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Analyze monthly operating variances and summarize key business metrics, comparing actual results to Forecasts and Plans.Develop and maintain report to assess historical expense performance and project future outcomes for Planning/Forecast cyclesPrepare and distribute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports to relevant stakeholders.Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial, accounting, and data quality.Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Participate in opera...
