Financial Accountant (CPA)

Overview

We are seeking a curious and analytical Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join our Finance team in Burnaby, British Columbia on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to financial accounting and reporting across our global operations in Vancouver, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, while contributing to process improvements and high‑quality financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to close processes for multiple entities, including the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and management, statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and lodge detailed tax calculations and returns in collaboration with external advisors.
• Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, Japan GAAP), including engagement with external auditors.
