Finance Specialist
Job Description
As a Finance Specialist, you will be a key member of the Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) team and Commercial Finance. You will support Industrial Automation FP&A and Commercial Finance, acting as partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance, ensure financial rigor, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reporting and insights: Orders, Revenue, P&L, margins, working capital, etc.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short‑Range Outlook (SRO) processes.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance.
